Jennifer Kries is a pioneer in the world of alternative health and fitness, celebrated for introducing Pilates to a global audience through her award-winning series like The Method. A dancer, choreographer, yoga practitioner, and Pilates master teacher, she blends her expertise in mind-body disciplines to inspire transformation.
Her background includes studying with Joseph Pilates’ original disciples, including Eve Gentry, Romana Kryzanowska, and Ron Fletcher.
