The machine has been tested with one use.
I did experience a drop at the connection but it was probably user error.

It was easy to assemble, steam was good..
Plastic not my preference but couldn't find another material.

This provides a tremendous amount of support for my thumbs when holding pressure points. I was unsure about the size, but even though it is a little bigger than my thumb, it still provides great support in the right spots.
