Pisces Productions Tables, Chairs, & Dolphin Stretches come with a 3 year warranty to the original owner. The original owner is determined by the individual the item was shipped/sold to unless otherwise noted on work order.

All other parts/labor: 1 year

Pisces Productions manufactured accessories are covered by a 1 year warranty (Accessories are any item manufactured by Pisces Productions not listed in warranty above).

Replacement parts are covered by a 90 day warranty

Items not manufactured by Pisces Productions are excluded from warranty, but may be covered by the manufacturer.

General Cleaning

Wipe away everyday dirt and smudges using a mild soap-and-water mix and a clean, soft cloth or towel. Once clean, dry thoroughly with a lint-free cloth.

Important Note: Do not use vinyl “conditioners” or “protectants” on vinyl upholstery treated with a PreFixx® protective finish. These products can damage the surface.

Vinyl Care

Clean vinyl surfaces with warm water and mild soap. If needed, use a soft-bristle brush for tougher buildup. Avoid letting oils sit on the surface for long periods—over time, they can soak in and cause the vinyl to stiffen or crack.

Economy Travel Cases

These cases are made of nylon fabric with a water-resistant backing. Machine wash in cold water only. Do not put them in the dryer—heat can damage or remove the protective backing.

Special Cleaning Instructions

While Boltaflex® upholstery with a PreFixx® finish resists most common stains, certain dyes and pigments may still cause permanent marks if not treated properly. For best results, clean any spill or stain right away. Identify the type of stain first to determine the right cleaning method.

Stain Guide:

• 
  Eye Shadow, Crayon, Grease: Start with Method 1. If residue remains, move to Method 2.
  
• 
  Tobacco Tar (Nicotine), Permanent Marker, Mustard, Lipstick, Ballpoint Pen, Spray Paint: Begin with Method 1. If stains persist, proceed to Method 2. For extremely stubborn stains, try Method 3.
  

The cleaning methods below increase in strength—always begin with the mildest one before moving to the next.

Method 1:

Use a soft cloth or damp sponge with one of the following all-purpose cleaners:

Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with a lint-free cloth.

Method 2:

Apply a solvent-type cleaner such as rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) using a soft cloth. Rinse well with clean water and dry completely.

Method 3:

For the toughest stains, use a diluted solvent solution (70% water / 30% solvent) such as acetone-based nail polish remover. Apply with a soft cloth or sponge, using no more than six gentle rubs. If the stain remains after six passes, it is likely permanent. Rinse the area thoroughly and dry with a lint-free cloth.

Caution:

Many solvents are highly flammable—use them only in well-ventilated areas and alert others nearby. Always wear rubber gloves. Take care around stitching, decorative trim, and wooden parts, as solvents can cause damage.
