It is important to have your client complete the New Client Intake because it will give you a look into your client's life and start to paint the picture that will become your basis for a massage plan. We will talk about what you should include in your New Client Intake including general questions and present and past medical history. We will show you why you need to include reason for visit, medications, past surgeries and areas of pain. We will show you how to create and customize your New Client Intake to meet the individual needs of your practice. Upon completion of this course you will feel comfortable requiring your new client to complete the New Client Intake and will be able to field questions related to this document.
