This tool has been used by me on myself for Self-Care and as to how I educate my clients to use this tool for injury repair. This tool WILL repair you. It filets the fibers unlike the Lacrosse ball ( which actually feels amazing instantly)! However the Lacrosse while effective in relieving pain instantly, It does not last.
