Sacred Earth was demoed at one of my massage conferences probably over 15 to 20 years ago and I haven’t wavered from it. It’s the best I’ve ever used and it doesn’t make your sheets, smell funky and feels very good on the body.

It filets the fibers unlike the Lacrosse ball ( which actually feels amazing instantly)! However the Lacrosse while effective in relieving pain instantly, It does not last.
